Objective As an Analysis Engineer you will establish and structure the repair and analysis for the following areas: Power Stack and power unit as well as printed circuit board analysis and repair in production Analysis and repair of field returns Also, ensure repair and analysis orders are completed on time, efficiently and in a coordinated manner across departments (service, production, logistics, procurement, product quality). Responsibilities Performing detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failures Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issues Implementing tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actions Make proposals for corrective actions Creating and maintaining documentation of failures and their corresponding analyses Collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvements Utilizing statistical tools and software to analyze failure data and trends Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures Presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations Qualifications Master’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field. Experience with failure analysis techniques, such as FMEA, 8D or RCA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus Experience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plus Necessary Experience In-depth knowledge of electronics and knowledge of repairing equipment and electronic components WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
