Objective
As an Analysis Engineer you will establish and structure the repair and analysis for the following areas:

• Power Stack and power unit as well as printed circuit board analysis and repair in production
• Analysis and repair of field returns
  

Also, ensure repair and analysis orders are completed on time, efficiently and in a coordinated manner across departments (service, production, logistics, procurement, product quality).
Responsibilities

• Performing detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failures
• Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issues
• Implementing tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actions
• Make proposals for corrective actions
• Creating and maintaining documentation of failures and their corresponding analyses
• Collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvements
• Utilizing statistical tools and software to analyze failure data and trends
• Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures
• Presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques, such as FMEA, 8D or RCA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus
• Experience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plus
  

Necessary Experience

• In-depth knowledge of electronics and knowledge of repairing equipment and electronic components
