Overview Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment efforts for various operational roles. Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Burlington, VT
What’s the Job? Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for positions at all levels within the organization
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Post job openings on appropriate online platforms and utilize the company\'s automated employment system
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for hire
Monitor and track open requisitions, ensuring timely and compliant hiring practices
What’s Needed? Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (at least 3 years of experience)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
