Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to support executive-level operations while contributing to marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Manage executive schedules, including calendar organization and meeting coordination.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking and coordinating trips.
Prepare marketing packages and design files, with proficiency in tools like InDesign being a plus.
Compile and organize invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into spreadsheets.
Support monthly newsletter creation and distribution using Mailchimp.
Perform general data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with external bookkeeping services to ensure smooth financial processes.
Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for executives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as InDesign and Mailchimp is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management.
Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and logistics effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in supporting executives in a detail-oriented environment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
