What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and mentor SOC L1/L2 Information Security Analysts, ensuring adherence to processes and metrics Serve as an escalation point for L1 and L2 Security Operations Center analysts Collaborate with various teams including threat hunters and incident responders to address security issues Analyze threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures from security events across a diverse network Assist with incident response, including triage, remediation, and documentation What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience in Threat Hunting, IT Security, or Incident Response Experience in a 24x7 operational environment, preferably with geographic disparity Strong knowledge of SIEM systems, EDR solutions, and various security monitoring tools Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with IT professionals and senior management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) One or more cybersecurity-related certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP Experience with network systems, security principles, and compliance initiatives (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Knowledge of packet flow, firewall technologies, and intrusion detection systems Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
