Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business Units to ensure procurement supports enterprise priorities. Lead change management activities, fostering adoption of new processes and systems across the organization. Drive innovation and continuous improvement through digital sourcing, automation, and advanced analytics.

Strengthen procurement governance, ensuring compliance with SOX, OCC, FFIEC, and other U.S. financial regulations. Develop key metrics and dashboards to track procurement effectiveness, supplier performance, and value delivery.

Technology Enablement Oversee the rollout or enhancement of procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Ivalua). Introduce digital tools for contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, and spend analytics. Collaborate with IT to integrate procurement data into enterprise reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).

Supplier & Risk Management Implement supplier segmentation and performance management programs. Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to strengthen third-party risk management and due diligence processes. Embed ESG, sustainability, and supplier diversity goals into procurement strategy and policies.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or transformation roles within financial services, banking, or fintech. Proven experience leading process improvement, technology implementation, or procurement transformation initiatives.
