IT Procurement Category Leaders (Multiple Openings) with a focus on enterprise software and strategic sourcing. These roles will help drive a procurement transformation, moving from a reactive, transactional function to a forward-looking, strategic procurement organization. There are openings at various levels of seniority from Senior Category Leader (6+ years) to Principal Category Leader (10+ years) offering an opportunity to shape strategy, deliver measurable value, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders. Base pay

Engineering, Planning & Strategy Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for IT spend, with a focus on enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services. Partner with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including needs assessment, spend analysis, benchmarking, RFPs, contract negotiation, and vendor selection. Negotiate high-value, complex contracts with top-tier IT vendors (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Adobe). Manage contract governance and ensure compliance, renewals, and performance tracking. Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and process improvement. Support supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and best practices to senior leadership. Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise software/IT categories. Strong experience negotiating and managing contracts with major software vendors. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute category strategies (not just tactical sourcing). Proven success influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders. Excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills. Desired Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. Experience in large, regulated, or highly structured organizations. Knowledge of SAP/SRM, Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement systems.
