As a Director of Energy Services Platform, you’ll play a key role in driving the strategy and delivery of our Energy Services platform specifically development, launch, and management. Working closely with product managers, designers, engineers and various business teams, you’ll help shape and guide the development process by keeping things organized, clear, on track and communicated effectively. and effective communication skills of explaining complex features down into simple business benefits or UX improvements as well as technical architecture. This position will play an important role in the growth of our business, especially in the residential renewable energy market. This position reports to the head of Business Excellence center, Platform Business Team and other senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. Responsibilities

Under the vision of this company, lead in building product concepts by considering the whole industry value chain and drive new approach by capturing the differentiators in the market Based on aligned product concepts, define user scenarios and features in terms of business perspective Based on aligned user concept, define product features and specifications in technical terms in system level Create and maintain product roadmaps with prioritized development work by governing internal and external development teams Keep leading the market economy and competitive analysis associated with product strategy Build/keep updating product story maps that align with business goals Lead product meetings and closely track and deliver the status to stakeholders Track development progress and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery Coordinate between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership Facilitate training sessions to support product adoption across the organization Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation requirements Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints to mitigate potential issues Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, social science, Information systems, computer science, engineering or related fields. Over 10 years of work experience in Product/project Management, business/system process management, development or operation. Experience with B2C and/or B2B digital products in web, content, and data platforms Proficiency in user story writing, acceptance criteria, and product road mapping Demonstrated ability to conduct market research with actionable business insights Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven business cases and product strategies Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions Experience optimizing products based on user feedback and business requirements in technical level Understanding of technology-business interdependencies in product development Excellent documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail Professional-level English communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred Qualifications

5+ Experience in the solar or clean energy industry 5+ years of product development/management experience, especially around customer /partner facing products under Sales force environment Familiarity with JIRA, Figma, or similar tools Strong analytical skills (structured and data-driven approach) Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams Experience in ERP, CRM, Cloud or enterprise system implementations.
