Build and maintain strategic relationships with a diverse book of customers to drive product adoption and long-term value realization. Partner with key stakeholders to develop success plans, track progress, and align on business objectives. Act as a product expert – demonstrating capabilities, sharing best practices, and advising on how to solve customer challenges. Protect against churn at all costs by monitoring and mitigating account risk as early as possible. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless, value-driven customer experience. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, advocacy, and deeper partnership. We imagine you will bring:

4+ years of experience managing B2B customer relationships, ideally within a SaaS environment; experience with Enterprise Architecture is a plus Proven ability to build strong, consultative relationships that drive measurable customer outcomes and retention A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Strategic thinking, with a focus on understanding customer goals beyond feature functionality and elevating conversations accordingly Confidence in representing the product and guiding customers toward achieving their business objectives Ability to engage in technical discussions and quickly grasp complex concepts when required Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively Familiarity with enterprise change management or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage Proficiency in English (required).
