Executes strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, and that align to the overall organization vision Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal and external development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities Prepare and present detailed data-driven business reviews to senior leadership, focused on supply chain risk management Drive strategic supply chain risk reviews and mitigations with internal teams Basic Qualifications
6+ years of related industry experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or 6+ related experience 6+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, infrastructure or data center construction industries 6+ years experience in program, project, or product management 3+ years expertise with data, analytics, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
