Attend patients on scheduled sites, including telehealth visits, and provide psychiatric assessment and medication management. Provide treatment plans, discharge summaries, and coordinate care with referring physicians. Participate in rounds, medical staff meetings, quality assurance, and peer review. Support admissions processes, payor relations, and advocate for the site’s quality and community presence. Provide supervision and sponsorship for APNPs and PAs as requested. Engage in call coverage and additional site assignments as needed. Qualifications
Licensed MD/DO, board‑eligible or board‑certified psychiatrist. Experience in inpatient, outpatient or residential psychiatric care. Leadership or supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflict, and clinical judgment.
