Job Summary Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice Group in our San Francisco office.

Qualifications

Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with focus on California employment law.

Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti‑discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non‑competition and trade secret matters is preferred.

Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations is a plus.

Excellent academic credentials, highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills.

Member in good standing of the California Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all‑purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
