Job Summary
Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group in our Los Angeles office.
Qualifications
Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with focus on California employment law.
Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti‑discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non‑competition and trade secret matters is preferred. Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials and highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills.
Must be a member, in good standing, of the California Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
