Recruiting Coordinator
to join our team at our
Corporate Manufacturing Headquarters located in Monroe, MI . This is a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.
Review and evaluate applications.
Schedule candidates for in-person interviews.
Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.
Maintain confidentiality with discretion.
Data entry, emailing, and scheduling skills.
Great attention to detail.
Other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Education And Experience
High School Diploma
2 years of Recruiting/Customer Service experience handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.
Preferred Experience
Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
Clear communication skills.
Microsoft Office.
Advent at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
