We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Manufacturing Headquarters located in Monroe, MI. This is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.
• Review and evaluate applications.
• Schedule candidates for in-person interviews.
• Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Maintain confidentiality with discretion.
• Data entry, emailing, and scheduling skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Required Education And Experience

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of Recruiting/Customer Service experience handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.

Preferred Experience

• Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
• Clear communication skills.
• Microsoft Office.
• Advent at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
