As a Cloud Solutions Architect (M&A), you will lead the technical integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our cloud ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution, partnering with cross‑functional teams to shape the future of our cloud platforms. This is more than a technical role—it’s a leadership opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide cloud adoption, modernize legacy systems, and build scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions. Key Responsibilities

Architect Cloud Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and repeatable cloud architectures aligned with business goals and M&A strategies. Lead Technical Assessments: Identify gaps, define target states, and develop roadmaps for cloud transformation. Drive Integration: Extend enterprise capabilities to acquired companies, including operating model alignment and deployment strategies. Modernize Infrastructure: Champion cloud‑native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless cloud adoption. Optimize & Automate: Evaluate and streamline processes, handoffs, and workflows using automation and modern tooling. Influence Strategy: Provide thought leadership on cloud governance, architecture best practices, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Cloud Expertise: 4+ years in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments. DevOps & Automation: Hands‑on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Octopus Deploy, Salt, or Fabric. Networking Know‑How: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SDWAN, and routing. Resilience Engineering: Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions, including multi‑region active/active setups. M&A Experience: Proven ability to work with acquired companies and align them with enterprise cloud strategies. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Qualifications a Plus

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services). Familiarity with Well‑Architected Frameworks and multi‑tenant architecture. Passion for learning and staying ahead of cloud trends. Location
