Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Analyst II - (Hybrid) Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Analyst II

Hybrid position out of one of our US hubs: Cincinnati, Atlanta, Denver.

Assists in the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a product, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, and sales.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs, crafting compelling messaging that highlights product features and benefits, and monitoring product performance to drive adoption and revenue.

Customer Understanding: Understand our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

Market Understanding: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and pain points.

Messaging & Positioning: Translate product features into compelling customer-facing messaging and position the product in the market.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Guide and inform the GTM strategy across channels and partners.

Product Launches: Support product launch initiatives and ensure effectiveness.

Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools and collateral; advise on training materials.

Campaigns & Content: Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns; create product content.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate success of marketing strategies.

Learn about and support sales channels; assist in the develop of internal tools and external collateral.

Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information.

Rely on data to make recommendations; collaborate with a team to measure product performance.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of product marketing experience with at least 1 year in a market-facing role.

A creative that loves to balance the technical aspects of the job with the design and layout.

Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working.

Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups and a solid writer.

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

Can see the bigger picture, balancing long-term strategies with immediate market dynamics.

Has an eye for detail; comfortable learning their product and documenting nuances.

Experience working across multiple teams with influence without direct authority.

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

Base pay range: $79,400.00 - $129,500.00 per year.
