Product Marketing & Go to Market Analyst II - (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Customer Understanding: Understand our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
Market Understanding: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and pain points; be an expert on competition and positioning.
Messaging & Positioning: Translate product features into compelling customer‑facing messaging and position the product in the market that resonates with target buyer personas.
Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Strategy: Guide and inform the GTM strategy – channels, merchant types, partners and timing; partner with L&D, LOB marketing, Central Marketing and Client Communications to develop integrated plans that support launches and growth.
Product Launches: Support product launch initiatives, ensuring the product is ready and marketed effectively to reach potential customers.
Sales Enablement: Partner to develop sales tools and collateral; advise on training materials to empower the sales team to effectively sell the product.
Campaigns & Content: Work closely with LOB Marketing and Central Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns; create product content (videos, blogs, presentations) and manage promotional events.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Align strategies and achieve product goals with Product, Sales, Engineering and other stakeholders.
Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and identify improvement areas.
Learn about and support our sales channels; engage in conversations about how we solve problems for buyers and users; assist in developing internal tools and external collateral and teach when to use it.
Document buyer’s process; drive changes to sales, operations, servicing and marketing processes based on insights.
Use data to make recommendations; measure product performance, campaign success and customer feedback, and adjust as needed.
Qualifications
2‑4 years of product marketing experience with at least 1 year in a market‑facing role (presentations to sales teams, customers or prospects).
A creative that loves to balance technical aspects of the job with design and layout to capture attention and drive understanding.
Exceptional ROI‑tracking skills to prove what is – or isn’t – working.
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and a solid writer.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross‑functional teams and third parties.
Can see the bigger picture while balancing long‑term strategies with immediate market dynamics, business objectives and changing timelines.
Eye for detail; comfortable learning product nuances and documenting all nuances.
Experience working across multiple teams with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
Location & Hybrid This position is hybrid out of one of our US Hubs: Cincinnati, Atlanta, Denver.
Salary Range Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full‑time position is $79,400.00 – $129,500.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role based on the posted level and location. All individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Changes in work location will also impact starting pay. Please consult your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
