The OMS System Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Outage Management System (DMS), ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and complies with industry standards. Experience with
GE-ADMS Implementation (version 3.16 or higher)
is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain the OMS architecture.
Integrate OMS with enterprise systems such as SCADA, DMS, and GIS.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance policies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Collaborate with IT and other departments for seamless integration.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of DMS systems and their implementation.
Proven experience with GE ADMS version 3.16 or higher.
Experience with SCADA, OMS, DMS, and GIS systems.
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Business development experience, including RFP management and proposal development.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide performance feedback.
Strong consulting and advisory skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience with OT systems and applications such as ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, and DERMS.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to distribution management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience deploying ADMS and EMS platforms for a product vendor.
