An established, global organization is seeking a

Corporate Attorney

to provide practical and strategic legal support across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. This position is

fully remote

and will focus primarily on drafting, negotiating, reviewing, redlining, and revising contracts of all types. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including customer and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, leases, warehousing and consulting agreements, and other commercial documents.

Collaborate with internal business partners, vendors, and outside counsel to assess requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with company policies.

Provide practical legal guidance on business terms, deal structures, and risk mitigation.

Manage multiple concurrent projects involving contracts with varying levels of complexity.

Support the implementation and management of a

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

system for new and existing agreements.

Develop and maintain contract templates, policies, and procedures, including global and regional adaptations.

Assist with corporate housekeeping activities and respond to

Know-Your-Customer (KYC)

and beneficial ownership information requests.

Perform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in good standing.

5–8+ years of experience in a law firm and/or corporate legal department with a focus on

commercial contracts

and

general corporate matters .

Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and risk management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage a large volume of transactions efficiently.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Self-starter with adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
