A law firm seeks a full-time Corporate Attorney with over five years of experience to join its office in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and diverse practice, supporting a range of corporate legal matters.
Duties
- Support entity formation, including private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures.
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts and credit agreements.
- Handle large and small M&A transactions effectively.
- Manage complex transactions and prepare client-ready documents.
- Interact across offices and practice groups.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of corporate legal work experience.
- Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial and client service mindset.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Washington, or eligibility for reciprocity.
Skills
- Ability to manage complex transactions and client interactions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
