Are you an experienced sales manager wanting to make an immediate impact? Do you want to work with a motivated and collaborative team of employees? Bob Bell Chevrolet Pre‑Owned Sales department is looking for an experienced Pre‑Owned Sales Manager to join our team. We are one of the largest used car dealers in the area, selling 150+ used cars a month. Automotive experience required. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning Inventory management and marketing Lead and provide focus for your sales team Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth Requirements

V‑Auto and used car experience is a must Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Prior sales management and dealership experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of inventory control Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ability to work within a fast‑paced environment in a team setting Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Benefits
