Used Car Sales Manager

What We’re Looking For

Are you an experienced sales manager wanting to make an immediate impact? Do you want to work with a motivated and collaborative team of employees? Bob Bell Chevrolet Pre-Owned Sales department is looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team. We are one of the largest used car dealers in the area, selling 150+ used cars a month. Automotive experience required. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning

Inventory Management and Marketing

Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

Build rapport with customers to establish customer network

Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth

REQUIREMENTS

V-Auto and Used Car experience is a must

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

Prior sales management and dealership experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Understanding of inventory control

Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment in a team setting

Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
