Overview Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Lead Scrum Master to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Location & Compensation Telecommute Contract Salary: $74.51 - $84.51 per hour Work hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Guide teams and the organization on how to leverage Agile/Scrum practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value

Lead collaborative discussion, decision making, and problem solving

Prepare for Program Increment (PI) Planning

Coordinate and encourage participation from all team members in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and longer-term planning exercises (Road Mapping, Release Planning)

Support and educate the Product Owner in applying SAFe/Agile framework and agile principles

Lead Agile team in developing, capturing, and driving review of Agile metrics to facilitate team improvements

Work with other Scrum Masters and hiring manager on a recurring basis

Hold the team accountable, remove roadblocks, enforce good meeting discipline, and keep the team to their commitments

Opportunity to play a Lead hands‑on role in the FAP front‑end enhancement project and transition into a long‑term gig

License/Certification SAFe Scrum Master Certification, Certified Agile Practitioner, or equivalent required.

Technical Skills

Experience with JIRA, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, User Story

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). 5‑7 years of related experience.
