The Marketing Manager plays a key role in strengthening the NSJ Wellness and NSJ Lab brands through strategic planning, creative execution, and consistent brand storytelling across all digital and offline touchpoints. This role focuses on growing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, supporting product launches, and ensuring a cohesive marketing presence aligned with NSJ’s vision of wellness, empowerment, and positivity.

The Marketing Manager has prior experience in the wellness, supplement, and health industry, which enables her to bring relevant insights, creativity, and strategic understanding to the NSJ brand.
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Plan, conceptualize, and execute monthly social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Create and oversee the production of static posts, stories, carousels, and reels in line with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Work closely with the founders and design team to develop content that highlights NSJ’s products, partnerships, and community initiatives.
Ensure all content aligns with the NSJ brand aesthetics — wellness-oriented, natural, and empowering.
2. Social Media Management & Community Engagement
Schedule and publish posts using appropriate tools; optimize hashtags, tags, and captions for maximum visibility.
Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions daily; respond promptly to customers and followers in a warm, professional tone.
Build and maintain an engaging online community that reflects NSJ’s positive brand culture.
Track engagement metrics and provide monthly reports on social media growth and campaign performance.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and manage monthly marketing campaigns for new launches, promotions, and festive events.
Coordinate end-to-end campaign rollout — from concept, design briefing, posting schedule, email setup, and store alignment.
Collaborate with the NSJ Lab team to ensure offline promotions and online marketing are aligned.
Explore influencer collaborations and community partnerships that elevate brand exposure.
4. Email Marketing & Customer Communication
Plan and execute regular email campaigns to engage customers, partners, and affiliates.
Write compelling and visually consistent newsletters for product launches, promotions, and educational content.
Segment email lists for personalized communications and track campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
5. Website & E-Commerce Management
Maintain and update NSJ’s Shopify website content — product pages, banners, blog posts, and seasonal visuals.
Coordinate minor website revamps or content refreshes when necessary to ensure alignment with active campaigns.
Ensure product information, visuals, and promotions remain accurate and up-to-date.
Work with external vendors or web developers when larger website projects are required.
6. Brand Development & Creative Direction
Uphold NSJ’s brand guidelines and tone of voice across all materials.
Develop new creative ideas to strengthen brand storytelling through visuals, videos, and experiential content.
Contribute to the long-term marketing roadmap including collaborations, activities, and brand awards.
Support the Founders in preparing marketing decks, presentations, and investor-related visuals when needed.
7. Reporting & Analysis
Track and report performance metrics for social media, email campaigns, and website analytics.
Present monthly performance updates with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities for brand positioning and product awareness.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and NSJ Lab teams to ensure consistent marketing alignment.
Support events, roadshows, and community initiatives through marketing materials and content coverage.
Assist with media relations, photography, and video content during NSJ events.
