Vice President of Recruitment at The Larko Group
This is a prominent opportunity for a strategic and resourceful professional to make a tangible impact within a respected financial services firm. You’ll manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Partnering closely with senior leadership and key external stakeholders, you’ll help advance initiatives that shape business performance. Responsibilities
Oversee expense reports and prepare confidential correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas; compile and distribute documents for weekly travel-related meetings.
Research, prioritize, and respond to incoming issues—including sensitive or confidential matters—by determining the most effective course of action or escalation.
Serve as a direct point of communication with team members and key stakeholders regarding ongoing projects and initiatives.
Manage non-disclosure agreements and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper execution of all contracts.
Organize and facilitate committee and leadership meetings, including technology setup, material preparation, and distribution for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and earnings call sessions.
Prepare quarterly lender reporting packages for each property.
Run reports and partner with analysts to source additional data and insights as needed.
Coordinate scheduling and travel logistics for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
Collaborate seamlessly with other administrative assistants to support broader team objectives.
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as required to support the team’s success.
Ideal Experience
Bachelor’s degree with current experience supporting executive leadership.
Strong PC skills –MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication with outstanding writing skills.
Advanced ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
Tact, good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management.
