We’re looking for a VP of Recruiting to take that engine to the next level. At Files.com, recruiting isn’t a back-office function. It’s a strategic growth lever that directly determines success. This is a highly visible executive seat. As VP of Recruiting, you’ll work directly with our CEO and COO to shape the growth of every team in the company. Your mandate isn’t to simply “fill seats.” It’s to raise the caliber of talent across the entire business — building a machine that consistently delivers world-class hires who raise the bar, strengthen the culture, and give Files.com an unfair advantage. What You’ll Do
Owning the recruiting funnel end-to-end: sourcing, attraction, evaluation, negotiation, and signed offers. Building a high-volume, repeatable, AI-driven recruiting engine that scales speed and selectivity together. Raising the bar by embedding rigor in every interview and test, ensuring every hire strengthens the company. Partnering with hiring managers, analyzing outcomes, and refining the funnel to deliver compounding improvements. Own the full recruiting funnel — sourcing, attraction, screening, evaluation, negotiation, and signed offers — ensuring world-class performance at each stage. Build and scale an AI-first recruiting engine that sources thousands of candidates monthly and reliably produces top-tier talent. Set an uncompromising bar for caliber of hires, with rigorous interview and testing processes. Engineer durable recruiting systems in Greenhouse and beyond, including APIs, AI/LLM integrations, and automation design. Drive employer branding execution — from compelling job copy to shaping careers site content and in-office recruitment messaging. Partner deeply with hiring managers to co-create interview frameworks and evaluation methods that surface true signal. Protect the integrity of hiring by filtering out fraudulent or low-commitment candidates. Document every system and process rigorously for scale, auditability, and continuous improvement.
