YAMM is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Volunteer Executive Director to support our mission. This is a remote, unpaid position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside President/CEO of YAMM
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to YAMM's programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with our dedicated team to drive our mission forward.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our programs.
Create and foster partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach.
Represent YAMM in meetings and events.
Create memos
Send emails
Required Skills And Qualifications
Strong commitment to youth development and empowerment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in nonprofit management or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a virtual team.
Passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
Education While a specific educational background is not required, a degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
