Provide application development and support in a
multi-user, LAN-based Microsoft Windows environment .
Manage
AWS services and backup solutions
for enterprise systems.
Install, configure, and support
Windows 7/10Pro ,
Office 2013–2019 , and
Office 365 Cloud Services .
Deliver
remote and onsite hardware/software support
over WAN environments.
Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot
WAN networks
with Cisco routers and switches.
Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to the
Highview Imaging Application .
Provide
help desk and application support
for
300+ users
in a complex IT environment.
Required Experience
10+ years – Application Development & Support in LAN-based environments
5+ years – AWS / Cloud / Backup Management
10+ years – Microsoft Windows OS & Office Suite (2013–2019 / 365)
5+ years – WAN Support with Cisco Routers & Switches
5+ years – Highview Imaging Application
5+ years – End-user & Helpdesk Support (300+ users)
