Recruitment Number OHHI-25154 is located in Downtown and is with the Department of Health. The Operation Hire Hawaii (OH-HI) project is a targeted outreach initiative featuring an expedited hiring process and fast‑tracking qualified applicants into job opportunities throughout Hawaiʻi.

Salary
Level III: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR‑20, Step D to I)
Level IV: $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR‑22, Step D to I)
Human Resources Specialist III Responsibilities Performs moderately difficult work of a technical nature in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management (Classification and Pay; Recruitment, Examination and Placement; Training and Employee Management Training; Human Resources Administration Services; and Labor Relations) and performs other related duties as assigned.
Human Resources Specialist IV Responsibilities Performs human resources assignments which regularly encompass complex problems combined with the responsibility for management advisory service and performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Legal Authorization to work in the United States.
Basic Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university for both levels.
Specialized Experience: For Level III, one and a half years of professional work experience; for Level IV, two and a half years of professional work experience in human resources management functions (recruitment, placement, examination, position classification, pay or wage administration, employee management relations and services, employee development, human resources program development and services, labor relations, and human resources research).
