Job Responsibilities
Support corporate transactions, including M&A, through all stages of the transaction lifecycle
Provide strategic legal advice to business leaders and internal stakeholders
Effectively manage outside counsel during the transaction process
Contribute to the development of internal legal processes and best practices for M&A transactions
Assist on various corporate legal matters, including SEC filings and corporate governance
Qualifications
J.D. and bar admission with 4‑6 years of meaningful M&A experience at a top‑tier law firm or in‑house at a public company
Proactive and collaborative team player thriving in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent judgment, integrity, and communication skills
Proficiency in counseling on complex corporate transactions and fluency in M&A concepts
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience counseling high‑growth private and public technology companies
Experience working on cross‑border strategic transactions
