Robotics Integration Engineer

Remote + up to 80% Travel
We’re seeking a
Robotics Integration Engineer
to join a fast‑growing warehouse automation team that’s redefining how goods move through modern logistics environments.
In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge robotics and automation technologies—integrating and testing systems such as AGVs, ACRs, AMRs, conveyors, and warehouse control software. You’ll be part of a skilled, collaborative team that drives project implementation from setup to on‑site deployment, ensuring smooth operation and long‑term reliability for our clients.

Responsibilities
Configure, integrate, and test automation hardware (robots, servers, conveyors, scanners, etc.)
Conduct proof‑of‑concept and system integration testing for new projects
Support customers during system deployment and post‑installation operations
Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability
Troubleshoot connectivity, control, and performance issues on‑site and remotely
Assist with WMS integration and perform software/hardware validation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
1–2+ years of hands‑on experience implementing AGV, AMR, or ACR systems
Solid understanding of automation troubleshooting, PLC controls, and WMS integrations
Experience with Linux/UNIX environments and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
Working knowledge of VPNs, routers, and firewalls
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SQL and system data integration
Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments
Background in warehouse, logistics, or material handling systems
