What You’ll Do
Responsibilities Oversee all phases of transmission planning projects, from business development through execution. Manage multidisciplinary teams, develop scope and fee structures, and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and resource growing talent within the team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, computer science, or related field and 5+ years of related professional experience. Knowledge of project management techniques and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Experience leading technical aspects of consulting engagements in power systems, distribution planning, and grid modernization. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Compensation
$145,000.00–375,000.00 Yearly Benefits
