Managing Director: Creative and Marketing @ Creative Cove Inc. Our South Shore CPG client is looking for an onsite Sr Marketing Manager with a strong background in packaging. This role is onsite 4 days a week and remote on Fridays. You will be managing 5 members of the creative team ranging from Graphic and Packaging Designers to Social Media. Strong people management skills, consumer goods packaging experience, and previous catalog experience are required for this role. Additionally experience with asset libraries and project management are top key skills needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team across brand, creative, digital, content, CRM, and

Define marketing vision and translate strategy into executable plans with clear KPIs and goals.

Champion the company’s brand and positioning across all touchpoints.

Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, retail spaces, catalogs, and presentations.

Lead omnichannel strategies for digital marketing, in‑store engagement, and promotional campaigns.

Develop innovative retail presentations and experiences that reflect brand values.

Oversee creation and curation of visual assets, imagery, catalog layouts, and photoshoots.

Collaborate with internal and external creatives to produce compelling marketing content.

Partner with Sales, NPD, Creative, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives.

Lead key marketing projects and ensure timely delivery across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a senior‑level management role managing people

Proven leadership in brand management, customer acquisition, and visual storytelling

Expertise in retail and digital marketing platforms and specifically a focus on packaging

Exceptional project management and cross‑functional communication skills

Collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams while fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Ability to translate data insights into marketing strategies that drive engagement.

Demonstrates core values: teamwork, accountability, clarity of purpose, and relentless execution.

Experiencd in CPG and ideally a DTC product
