A well‑established and highly respected wealth management team in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to step into a unique growth opportunity. With several senior advisors approaching retirement, there is an immediate need for someone who can efficiently take over existing client relationships while also contributing to the firm’s continued expansion.

The ideal candidate is based in the Portsmouth area (or open to relocating) and brings a portable book of business, along with the experience and confidence to serve high‑net‑worth clients with professionalism, care, and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities

Seamlessly take over and manage client relationships from retiring advisors

Provide holistic, high‑touch wealth management and financial planning to HNW clients

Grow your own book through warm referrals, inbound leads, and your personal network

Collaborate closely with internal specialists on investment strategy, tax planning, estate considerations, and risk management

Ensure a smooth client experience with consistent communication and compliance best practices

What They’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Advisor or Financial Planner (minimum 3 years)

Strong relationship management skills and a client‑first, consultative approach

Ability to hit the ground running with both inherited and new clients

A book of business to bring over is expected and highly valued

FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) required

CFP® designation (or willing to obtain) required

Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
