Serve as the lead advisor for a select group of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Create and implement comprehensive financial plans across estate, tax, retirement, and generational wealth strategies. Build deep, long-term client relationships while delivering ongoing advice and planning updates. Collaborate with in-house teams (investment, planning, operations, and client service) to provide a seamless client experience. Leverage the firm’s referral and marketing channels to meet new, qualified prospects; no cold prospecting required. Transition your current book of business to a firm that supports long-term growth and client-first service. What They’re Looking For
