We’re building “Jarvis for Vets” - HappyDoc is an AI-powered assistant for veterinary clinics, built to automate the tedium of medical record-keeping and administrative tasks. Trusted by thousands of veterinarians in the US, Canada, and Australia, HappyDoc helps veterinarians reclaim hours each day by turning voice recordings and PDFs into structured SOAP notes, insights dashboards, and workflow tasking.
Role Overview You’ll be joining our sales team as a full-cycle SMB Account Executive selling to private veterinary practices. You’ll create pipeline (outbound and events), work inbound leads fast, run discovery and demos, guide short trials, negotiate, and close. You’ll also help refine our sales playbook, collateral, and territory strategy as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Create pipeline: targeted outbound into private practices and small groups; work regional events/associations
Convert inbound: respond quickly, qualify cleanly, and book the next step on the first touch
Win multi‑threaded deals: build alignment with owners and practice managers; address clinical + operational concerns
Run crisp pilots: define success criteria, set timelines, and secure the go‑forward decision
Forecast & hygiene: keep pipeline current, forecast weekly, document next steps and risks
Partner internally: collaborate with Support/CS for smooth installs (including on‑prem agent) and fast time‑to‑value
Improve the motion: sharpen talk tracks, ROI stories, and competitive positioning; share field feedback with Product
Ideal Candidate Profile Must‑have:
2–6 years in B2B SaaS sales with full‑cycle SMB experience (prospecting to close)
Proven success meeting/exceeding ARR or logo targets; disciplined pipeline management
Clear communicator with excellent discovery, storytelling, and objection handling
Process‑oriented: consistent CRM hygiene, forecasting, and follow‑through
Willing to travel for regional clinic visits and conferences; Denver‑based or willing to relocate
Bonus:
Sold vertical SaaS, healthcare, or workflow/integration products
Experience with short trials/pilots and multi‑location upsells
Built early sales playbooks, collateral, or sequences from scratch
