Practice Setting
Hybrid Model : A combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
Patient Population : You will care for an adult patient population.
Facility : The practice is located at a Level II Trauma center.
Schedule and Cases
Daily Volume : See an average of 15-20 patients per day.
Case Mix : Handle outpatient and inpatient Hematology-Oncology consults, follow-ups, and ER calls.
Call Coverage : Nightly call with a 30-minute response time and a low 5% call-back rate.
Requirements
Board Status : Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology.
Experience : A minimum of 24 months of experience is required.
Certifications : Must hold an active BLS certification.
Credentialing Requirements
Licensure : An active Washington medical license is needed to start.
Timeframe : Please allow 90-120 days for the credentialing process.
