The Opportunity: We’re hiring a

Value Stream Manager

to lead and oversee all value-added activities in our production assembly and manufacturing processes. This role emphasizes technical expertise, process optimization, and team leadership. You’ll collaborate across functions, achieve departmental KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Build strong relationships with employees on the floor

Create and execute value stream maps

Ensure safety, environmental, and policy compliance

Train and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly employees

Drive performance in 6S, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost

Manage budgets and improve operational efficiency

Reduce production waste to improve quality, lead times, and output

Document process changes and updates

Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

Monitor run rates and production targets

Lead hiring, performance management, and development for your team

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations

7+ years leading LEAN manufacturing

CPIM or Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and lead teams effectively
