We are looking for engineers to work on innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Government agencies. Your work will help solve complex technical problems and support the U.S. Intelligence Community with the largest and most complex distributed systems in the world. We need adaptable people focused on operational excellence and troubleshooting complex system operations.

As an engineer, you will dive deep to find root causes of customer issues, investigate trending metrics, and discuss new approaches to automate operational processes. You will provide troubleshooting and operations support, innovate to automate operational tasks, and execute a defined set of tasks on schedule. You will identify ineffective processes, understand operational risk, and mitigate or resolve concerns promptly. This is a shift‑work position requiring U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or A+, CND, Network+, or Security+.

1‑3 years of experience with Systems Administration in Linux/Unix (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc.).

1‑3 years of experience with Networking (TCP/IP, DNS).

1‑3 years of experience troubleshooting/supporting technical IT issues.

Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with internet fundamentals and cloud computing concepts.

Experience with AWS core services, console, or command‑line interfaces.

Experience with compute, database, and storage concepts.

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor).

Experience with security concepts and best practices.

Experience with IPsec, VPN, load balancing, Iperf, MTR, routing protocols, SSH, network monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.

Ability to manage full application stacks from the OS to custom applications.

Excellent oral and written communication skills for customer contact via calls, chats, and email.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $81,900 to $152,000 per year depending on geographic market. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits. For more details, see
