What You’ll Do

  • Lead all treasury operations — banking, liquidity, forecasting, and compliance — ensuring a strong, agile financial foundation.

  • Develop and implement treasury strategies, policies, and ERP integrations that enhance efficiency and transparency.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners to secure best-in-class services and pricing.

  • Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring resources are positioned to meet operational and growth goals.

  • Oversee debt management, loan compliance, and covenant monitoring with precision and accountability.

  • Partner closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Business Office teams to align treasury functions with enterprise goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire treasury team members — cultivating excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, and proactive financial insights.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. (CTP certification preferred).

  • 5+ years of progressive treasury experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Expertise in cash management, risk mitigation, and banking operations.

  • Strong command of GAAP, financial regulations, and ERP systems (Workday experience preferred).

  • Strategic mindset, exceptional analytical ability, and proven success building high-performing teams.

  • Prior experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing is a strong plus.
