What You’ll Do

Lead all treasury operations — banking, liquidity, forecasting, and compliance — ensuring a strong, agile financial foundation.

Develop and implement treasury strategies, policies, and ERP integrations that enhance efficiency and transparency.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners to secure best-in-class services and pricing.

Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring resources are positioned to meet operational and growth goals.

Oversee debt management, loan compliance, and covenant monitoring with precision and accountability.

Partner closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Business Office teams to align treasury functions with enterprise goals.

Lead, mentor, and inspire treasury team members — cultivating excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, and proactive financial insights.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. (CTP certification preferred ).

5+ years of progressive treasury experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Expertise in cash management, risk mitigation, and banking operations.

Strong command of GAAP, financial regulations, and ERP systems (Workday experience preferred ).

Strategic mindset, exceptional analytical ability, and proven success building high-performing teams.

Prior experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing is a strong plus.
