ABOUT US

Our client is a full-service, tier one supplier

to

Automotive OEMs, specializing in the design and production of plastic molding equipment, accessories, and electronic components. Their Ohio facility houses mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments.

Minimizing production-related problems by executing good design practices

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Ensuring customer satisfaction by:

Executing robust design and development of

exterior automotive products

from initial concept to production.

Ensuring

Regulatory requirements are met through feasibility studies

Performing DFMEA/DRBFM/FTA design reviews.

Identifying, investigating, and resolving design issues

Investigating and developing new technologies that can be applied to product design.

Creating 2D/3D component/assembly drawings and BOMs.

Confirming design through mock-up and tooling trials

Ensuring design compliance with ISO 9001/14001 & IATF 16949 requirements.

4 yr degree, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree/experience
