Shifts available in 4‑hour increments. Variable schedule: Sunday–Thursday morning and night, Friday morning only, Saturday night only. Minimum 8 hours per month. No more than 11.5 consecutive hours.

Job Description

We are seeking inclusive and committed part‑time warehouse pickers/loaders to join Frito‑Lay’s state‑of‑the‑art automated warehouse (Geographic Enterprise Solutions). This pilot program evaluates flexible work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology.
• Unload cartons, sort, orient, bail, and prepare for trailer loading.
• Properly handle and store cart items throughout the warehouse and during trailer loading/unloading.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks (e.g., sweep floor, clean trailer, take out trash).
• Meet or exceed performance time standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
