Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Copelands Custom Carts located in Knoxville, TN. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities including answering phones, greeting customers and visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Additionally, the role involves general clerical work such as filing, typing, and handling mail, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to follow written processes
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
