This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Title Agency Pros LLC, located in Glendale, AZ. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative tasks. The Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to clients, manage the mail and deliveries, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable. Position requires the desire to learn about Escrow and Title and could lead to a career as a Title/Escrow officer.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• High school diploma or equivalent
