A growing real estate investment firm with a diversified portfolio is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to lead accounting activities, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, monthly close processes, and the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for corporate and property-level entities.
• Lead and support treasury functions, accounts payable, policy development, internal controls, and ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff, while coordinating external audits and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA preferred
