Position Overview The Director of Oracle Architecture will define and drive the Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) vision, architecture, and delivery for our global retail operations. This role leads the development of scalable Oracle EBS solutions for both B2B and B2C retail, directly impacting customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the enterprise architecture of Oracle ERP/EBS to align with business strategy and operational needs across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Lead the full solution lifecycle across key business processes: Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and Accounting.

Design and implement robust integration strategies with external systems (e.g., 3PLs, EDI, CRM, WMS).

Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into innovative technical solutions.

Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of Oracle experts and technical professionals.

Ensure system scalability, performance, reliability, and compliance with industry guidelines.

Operate as the primary bridge between IT and business team members, nurturing collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/EBS with at least 5 years of leadership and architectural responsibilities.

Deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules across Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Retail settings, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and Accounting.

Proven understanding of Oracle’s technical stack: PL/SQL, APIs, workflows, customizations, and extensions.

Experience with system integration techniques/tools (APIs, EDI, middleware) and trading partner onboarding via EDI.

Track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, enterprise‑scale ERP projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
