Job Summary Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding its dermatology practice with a 1.0 FTE Dermatologist physician in Downtown Seattle and Lynnwood, WA. The role is part of the Virginia Mason Medical Center (VMMC) dermatology section, which has a regional and national reputation for excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality dermatology care for a busy practice with an established patient population.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including Mohs, plastic surgery, rheumatology, and dermatopathology.
Participate in teaching opportunities to precept residents and support new providers.
Engage in leadership and committee service within the practice.
Advise on innovative approaches and continuous improvement for patient and team safety using the Virginia Mason Production System.
Provide light outpatient call duties.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (BE/BC).
Medical license in the State of WA.
DEA registration with full prescriptive authority.
Compensation Competitive salary model with incentives for clinical productivity, academics, teamwork, and highest quality care. Salary range: $449,280 - $549,120 per year.
