Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology Litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams are seeking mid‑level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Washington, DC Office. Qualifications
4–6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter‑parts review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. At least 4 years of solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree. Exceptional writing skills. USPTO registration number preferred. Practice Focus

The base annual pay range for this role is between $310,000 and $390,000. The base pay offered will depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.
